Logan started off early helping out in his grandmothers kitchen making cookies and date squares for church events, so it was only natural that once he started in professional kitchens that he made his way to the pastry line. Now Logan has started Debakery, an excessive indulgence in baked goods. Providing people with products to indulge anytime and anywhere, so customers can create lasting and meaningful memories with friends and families is the goal. Debakery encourages people to indulge, excessively in well made products produced with local, and seasonal (with in reason) ingredients.
