So long, farewell…

With about 3400 cupcakes, almost 100 bakers, 30 volunteers, and nearly 500 tasters we reached our goal of $2000 for Woman Alive!!

We are pretty tired after 7 weeks of prep work and a long day of Cupcake Camp chaos but we think there is a chance you’ll see us again next year! Please send any feedback for this event to CapitalCupcakeCamp@gmail.com! We’ll hold on to all of it so we can make improvements to the process!

If you’d like to get in touch with any of us feel free to find us on Twitter!

Thanks again to everyone for everything! See you at Capital CupcakeCamp 2.0!

VOLUNTEERS ROCK!!!

Dear Amazing Incredible Awesome Volunteers,

Our many front room and behind the scenes volunteers were unbelievably helpful!  The organizing committee were astounded by your willingness to help and your ability to step in everywhere we needed you!!  You were all so generous donating your time and dealing with our insanity!

From talking to the tasters waiting in line or running through the rain for laptops, to working with the bakers and even mopping the floors!

We just can’t possibly thank you enough!!

THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Tanya, Ian, Andrew, & Nicole

Drum roll please!

The winners of the first ever Capital Cupake Camp are………

Cupcake Photoshoot

Your cupcakes will be looking their very best when they arrive at cupcake camp!  Our wonderful photographer will be taking shots of your lovely creations before they are served to the hungry tasters.
